President and co-owner of GRC Enterprises in Warrenton, Virginia since 1987.
Arvind has led the company to become a leader in the print and graphic communications industry and to specialize in providing marketing services for non-profit organizations. He has recently founded the work of JusticeIQ with the same passion that he has demonstrated for thirty years to assist other causes who are making a difference in the world. Arvind is deeply committed to bringing attention to the need for reform in the criminal justice system.
He is married to Sushma, and they have two adult children.

A graduate of The George Washington University in Washington DC, Sherene has been a marketing consultant for non-profit organizations since 2003. She is passionate about the mission of JusticeIQ.
Sherene is married to Ross, and they have one daughter.
